We are so glad that you are visiting our blog. It is here that you can learn all about This Jones Family and all that we do

This Jones family began in 1997 when Greg and I started as friends over a Christmas break. That friendship soon turned to a relationship and as time passed by, we kept growing together, not really knowing that we were building our future together. Three years after we started dating, we made our first commitment to create a family together and promised forever to eachother. Taylor was born in 2000 and two years later he became a big brother to twin girls Kaylie and Alyssa. We're a small little family that loves to spend all of our time together. This is how our story began, please check back frequently to see how our family continues.

Hippety Hoppety Easter's On It's Way...

We have one crazy Easter Bunny that visits our house each year. Every year, he does something silly with the kids Easter Baskets. In years past he's had a trail of plastic eggs that led to the baskets, string strung throughout the entire house leading to the baskets and various games with clues. This year, the Easter Bunny kept things a little more clean! The kids woke up bright and early at 6:45 to find a letter from the bunny advising them that they were to follow the clues to find the words that went in a crossword puzzle. Once they had all of the words in the crossword puzzle, there were certain letters highlighted that they had to write down in separate spaces that spelled out the place where they could find their baskets. The kids were running all over the house-up and down the stairs, finding all of the clues. At the end of the whole thing, the kids discovered that their baskets had been hidden in the coat closet. They were excited to find candy galore, new books that they had been asking for and Disney Dollars. After they found their baskets, they quickly began to gather all the eggs that were hidden in the living room. That silly rabbit is sure good about hiding eggs. We're still finding some that we didn't find this morning. Thank Goodness he hid the plastic ones and not the real eggs or it would be quite stinky!! The rest of the day we relaxed and watched movies. We had some visitors including Papa, Marsha, Grammy and Kyle. What a fun Easter!
