Little miss Kaylie has her first duet with a boy. Her and Remi have been dancing together for a couple of years now and have had a few partnering parts in some of their group dances but this year decided they wanted to do a piece together. We let them choose their own song by each of them making a list of their favorite songs. We shared their lists with the other and told them they had to pick their favorite 3 from the other person's list. From there we then made one list and told them both to pick their most favorite. They ended up both choosing Gone Gone Gone. Their theme is that they've grown up together as best friends and Kaylie is getting ready to move away while Remi is telling her he'll always be there for her. SO CUTE!! The pictures are of the two of them testing out their prop for the first time (the rope came loose and they fell on their butts the first time they sat on it lol)
This last week they learned their choreography and although it's a little messy in this video-I just had to post it because they're so stinkin cute and we can't wait to see them compete it.
