This Jones family began in 1997 when Greg and I started as friends over a Christmas break. That friendship soon turned to a relationship and as time passed by, we kept growing together, not really knowing that we were building our future together. Three years after we started dating, we made our first commitment to create a family together and promised forever to eachother. Taylor was born in 2000 and two years later he became a big brother to twin girls Kaylie and Alyssa. We're a small little family that loves to spend all of our time together. A Little Miracle

Last month my friend Lindsay delivered her baby Sadie. She's the one we focused our efforts towards this year for March for Babies. When Lindsay went to her first ultra sound, she learned that Sadie has a condition called CDH-basically she had a hole in her diaphram and all of her organs were up in her chest cavity not allowing for everything to grow properly. For awhile the doctors gave the family mostly grim information and it was all we could do to hope that she would make it to birth. When she was born she was doing great until the next morning when the one functioning lung hemoraged and she had to be flown to Childrens Hospital. Within days of arriving they were able to stablize her and perform the surgery to get all of her organs in the correct place and patch up her diaphram. She's now thriving and doing so well! We got to visit her last weekend and we were so happy to be able to share such a miracle with our friends! We can't wait for her to start gaining weight so that she can finally go home!
