This Jones family began in 1997 when Greg and I started as friends over a Christmas break. That friendship soon turned to a relationship and as time passed by, we kept growing together, not really knowing that we were building our future together. Three years after we started dating, we made our first commitment to create a family together and promised forever to eachother. Taylor was born in 2000 and two years later he became a big brother to twin girls Kaylie and Alyssa. We're a small little family that loves to spend all of our time together. Family Game Night

On occasion we are able to stay home and relax as a family...it's rare I know but it does happen. Tonight was one of those nights and we decided to try out two new games. The first was the new I Spy game...apparently adults are not as good at spying small random objects as children are. The kids had a blast with this game and loved that mom and dad could hardly keep up.

The next was one of my favorite's Rummikub. The kids played on teams with me and Greg and learned a little about sets and runs. Taylor hung in for most of the game and because the clock struck about 8:15..he was done...If you know Taylor, you know that he turns into a zombie at a certain time at night and when he decides he is done, he will fall asleep wherever he is at. Alyssa and I ended up winning and then the girls played another game against each other.
